China signed a free trade agreement (FTA) with Pakistan on November 24 during a visit by President Hu Jintao. The meeting - the first time a Chinese President has visited Pakistan in a decade - marked the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which have been remarkable stable over the years.
