We expect Indonesia's economy to strengthen this year, with GDP growth accelerating to 5.6% - up from 5.1% in 2004 - on the back of strong investment. Although fuel price rises provide a downside risk to growth, amid sustained high oil prices, we expect the economy to continue expanding, with growth of 6.1% in 2006.
