We expect Cambodia to grow by 4.0% in 2005, up from our earlier forecast of 2.5%. Our revision follows the news that the IMF is set to increase Cambodia's growth forecast. Textiles currently account for 80% of Cambodia's exports, and recent evidence suggesting that the textile sector is performing better than expected, should provide a boost for the economy. Our forecast for 2006 is also 4.0%, below the 4.3%, which is currently forecast by the IMF
