BMI View: We expect real GDP growth to accelerate to 5.9% in FY2005/06 (July-June), mainly owing to strong expansion in industry and services, and a recovery in agriculture. However, the increasingly acrimonious political situation poses a major downside risk to growth in FY06/07.
