Indonesia's inflation rate has been ticking up over the last six months, with the latest data indicating that consumer prices rose by 5.1% y-o-y in June (the highest figure in 12 months). However, by historical standards, these figures are still relatively low and we do not expect the central bank to embark on aggressive monetary tightening in H210. Currently, we are keeping to our projections that the inflation rate will average 5.3% in 2010.
