July 2010 | Ratings UpdateEvaluation of nine months' performance of ministers and heads of state institutions has resulted in an 'F' grade for 25% owing to their poor performance, reports Jakarta Globe quoting Kuntoro Mangkusubroto, chief of the Presidential Working Unit for Development Supervision and Control. The evaluation, conducted on the basis of a presidential decree for a review issued in February, covered 14 areas, which included bureaucracy reform and good governance, poverty, food security, infrastructure, investment and business climate, energy and the environment. Despite the poor results of the evaluation, no plans are outlined for a cabinet reshuffle.
