Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo concluded a two-day visit to Spain on April 15, meeting with his counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos and President of Madrid and Countess of Murillo H.E. Doña Esperanza Aguirre. During the visit, the Air Services Agreement (ASA) was inked between the two sides. Going forward, the agreement should strengthen ties, boost tourism and enhance bilateral economic relations between the two countries. President Esperanza has also indicated interest in bringing a business delegation to Singapore in July this year.
