US-based PR firm Edelman conducted a survey on 22 countries, with the results showing that residents of Singapore trust their government more than any other country's people, according to The Straits Times. Trust in Singapore's government, standing at 84%, is far ahead of global average of 49%. According to the survey, Singapore is also the most trusted country for companies to locate their headquarters, scoring a level of 89%. Unsurprisingly, Singapore enjoys a high level of political stability and a very competitive business environment.
