Next Parliament To Accelerate Power Shift

This in turn could provide rare clues as to the succession of Kim Jong Il, and future economic policy. Meanwhile, our short-term political risk rating for North Korea is stable at 79.0 reflecting expectations of broad continuity. Our long-term rating is 55.1, reflecting the inherent weaknesses of a totalitarian regime.
