July 2007 | Ratings UpdateDespite protests, Thailand's Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont announced that his cabinet would allow Singapore the use of the Udon Thani Royal Thai Air Base, extending the contract for another three years. The prime minister said the decision was agreed upon unanimously.
