The government has said that the country remains safe and foreigners should not be worried, but diplomats and police remain on alert following the suicide bombings on Bali, in neighbouring Indonesia. The fact that this scare happened soon after the Bali bombing suggests that it was designed to sow fears of a chemical attack.
