Pressure Tightens But Allies Emerge

A forthcoming US-sponsored United Nations resolution has ratcheted up the pressure, while ASEAN is pursuing a much harder line. However, geopolitical imperatives have driven India, China and Russia to provide a measure of diplomatic and financial cover.
