Vietnam has been marking the thirtieth anniversary of reunification, after the Americans left Saigon and the south fell to the communists. BMI View: The country has been hesitant in uniting communist ideals and capitalist reforms, with a divide remaining between the relatively prosperous south and struggling north. Despite signs of international acceptance, there are still demands for greater transparency.
