Reforming In China's Image?

North Korea's economy remains in a desperate state, struggling to implement market reforms after decades of central planning. Although 2005 saw the seventh consecutive year of positive growth, reflecting gradual improvements in agriculture and mining, with infrastructure crumbling and the country failing to produce enough food to feed its population, increased liberalisation is needed to bring in much-needed capital.
