April 2005 | Risk SummaryThe popularity of Hong Kong's new interim leader, Donald Tsang, has risen to a four-year high just four days after he took over as interim chief executive from Tung Chee-hwa, according to the latest opinion poll carried out in the middle of March. Tsang's popularity rating increased to 70.4 out of 100 in the poll, compared with 63.7 in early March, according to the University of Hong Kong.
